Typical projects range in construction from $3 million to over $100 million although the firm accepts smaller projects that are of special interest. STH has attained its success through an enduring emphasis on appropriate design, technical thoroughness and responsible project management. Strong project management includes principal involvement throughout every phase of work, which accentuates the STH commitment to a functional design program with strict adherence to program, budget and schedule.

The firm is lead by founding principal Paul Twitty, AIA and STH veteran Bill Hanser, AIA. Both principals are actively involved in the day-to-day project activities of the firm as well as the firm's operational management. They also serve in active capacities on both professional and civic boards.

STH employs a comprehensive multi-disciplined team approach to project design. Tenure of staff exceeds 13 years while professional tenure averages 14 years.
