STH provided full architectural services for
this new 129,000 s.f. office, research, manufacturing, and warehouse
facility that is located in Naples, Florida. Designed as a replacement
facility for Arthrex, a developer of medical and arthroscopic surgery
equipment, this new facility consisting of 46,000 s.f. of offices, 43,000 s.f. of warehouse, and
40,000 s.f. manufacturing & research, the new facility also houses a
highly technical training facility where surgeons from all over the
country come to be trained in the use of Arthrex medical products. The
new facility was designed to maximize natural daylight as well as create
an innovative workplace centered on a lush courtyard and golf course
