STH provided full
architectural design services for this 204,000 square foot mixed-use complex for
the South County Jewish Federation located in Boca Raton, Florida. The campus consists of
six buildings including educational, cultural, recreational, and administrative facilities
for staff.
An array of classrooms, administrative offices, kitchen and dining
facilities are part of the education building. A 500 seat theatre is also a main
attraction for the cultural building. Recreational amenities include a NCAA outdoor
competition swimming pool, two softball fields, a soccer field, six lighted tennis courts,
a children's playground and barbecue area as well as 45,400 square foot health and
physical education building. Also featured is an environmentally sensitive nature walk. |
