STH provided full
architectural services for the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club located
in Boca Raton, Florida. This project consists of a new 33,449 s.f. two
story golf clubhouse over a one story golf cart storage area. The new
clubhouse replaces the existing facility. The Addison Mizner inspired
clubhouse includes a grill dining room overlooking the 9th and 18th
greens on the newly renovated Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. A
covered porte cochere and grand staircase greet visitors as they enter
this mediterranean jewel. Complete locker room facilities, lounges,
gallery, pro shop, card room, BBQ, and full kitchen facilities round out
the amenities. |
