STH provided full design
services for this new 25,000 square foot mediterranean styled clubhouse
and 9,000 square foot golf pro shop located in Bonita Springs, Florida.
The 2-story main clubhouse features a 4000 square foot 360 person dining
and banquet facility complete with a full kitchen and dividable dining
areas. A board room, locker rooms, private card rooms and lounges are
also provided. Steam and sauna rooms complete the club members
amenities. In addition to the main clubhouse, STH is also designed a
9,000 square foot golf pro shop that features a snack bar and a detached
140 golf cart barn. |
