Ocean Club Development Company commissioned Schwab, Twitty & Hanser to design this new clubhouse for the Ocean Club community on Key Biscayne, Florida.
This new multifaceted facility is comprised of more than of 20,000
square feet and includes a complete fitness center, sauna & steam rooms, locker room facilities, lounges, as well as private and casual dining facilities. A large pool complete with a landscaped island with a spa at its center, and several cabanas are situated beachside. In addition, there is an administrative suite with a business and communication center. Incorporated with the club is a below level parking garage to accommodate over 200 cars. |
