STH provided
preliminary design for this 500 room hotel as part of a luxury resort that also included
95 hillside villas and an 80 slip marina. The very contemporary styled hotel included
restaurants, lounges, a health club, as well as pool. Construction cost was estimated to
be $19 million. Due to recent volcanic activity on the island, this project was put on
hold indefinitely. |
