STH designed this 11-story, 200
room hotel ideally situated near the West Palm Beach International Airport. The hotel
configuration is L-shaped and overlooks a pool. The hotel also includes meeting and
conference facilities as well as a themed restaurant. Greenhouse areas on both sides of
the second floor meeting rooms serve as pre-function spaces.
A large Mexican
themed restaurant based on a prototype built in six other locations, seats 500 patrons and
includes a bar and a large nightclub. |
