Comprised of a series
of pavilions with a gabled roof, this private clubhouse is situated on a bluff overlooking
a mile-wide section of the river. The 38,000 s.f. structure is both a yacht and country
club, serving two championship golf courses and a marina within the 885 acre community.
Men's and ladies locker rooms, exercise rooms and a gentleman's card
room plus the pro shop, ship's store, and accounting offices occupy the lower level. The
upper level features a grill room, formal dining room, kitchen, lounge in one wing and
ladies card room, meeting room and executive offices in the other. |
