STH is providing full
architectural design services for this new island themed mixed-use
resort hotel and marina project to be located on the tropical island of
St. John in the US Virgin Islands. The complex will feature a 120-unit
condo/hotel complex, and a 30,000 s.f. retail complex as well as a full
service marina and additional recreational facilities such as water side
swimming pool, restaurants, and a central courtyard. A 100-slip marina,
fitness center and 5-star restaurant are also incorporated into the
master plan. |
