is providing master planning services for this expansive new country
club to be built in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The country club is named
after the massive waterfall feature that is located at the main
entrance.
STH is designing this Country Club as a Mediterranean oasis that
includes residential units that are clustered about a picturesque layout
of landscaped knolls and grand fountains. A large clubhouse with dining
facilities greets visitors from atop a hill overlooking the golf course
fairway.
A large pool and tennis club is also provided on axis with the main
clubhouse. In addition to the eight tennis courts, the pool and tennis
center features a large swimming pool, a member’s grill, and spa area
complete with fitness and locker rooms.
Domed towers along circulation paths provide entry features for the
various buildings. Spanish Mediterranean architecture completes the look
of this grand new country club with its covered loggia’s and breezeways.
