clubhouse at Addison Reserve Country Club was the focal point of a master planned
community, developed by Kenco & Taylor Woodrow, west of Delray Beach in Palm Beach
County, Florida. The 2-story Mediterranean styled clubhouse blends with the 5,000 square
foot community sales pavilion, entry gatehouse & golf course auxiliary buildings also
designed by STH.
The design offers maximum flexibility, Three dining areas, with seating
capacity for up to 350 people are provided. Other amenities include a large 2,000 square
foot card room, men's and ladies locker rooms, sauna & steam rooms, pro-shop and cart
storage on the first level. The clubhouse was completed in 1996. |
