STH is the architect of record for this new
620,000 s.f. Convention Center located adjacent to the City Place development in downtown West
Palm Beach, Florida.
Phase 1 of the center consists of 100,000 s.f. exhibition space, a
25,000 s.f. ballroom, and a 15,000 s.f. meeting facility. Phase 2 will
add an additional 140,000 s.f. of exhibition space, an additional 5,000
s.f. of meeting rooms, and a 2200 car parking garage. STH provided full
architectural services in conjunction with TVS & Associates. |
