STH completed full programming services and
full Architectural and Engineering services for this new City Hall
Building located in the City of North Port, Florida. The program
analyzed the current and future needs of the city and established a
guideline for the design concept while allowing future growth and
flexibility. The 65,000 s.f. new City Hall facility is designed to house
the city clerk, utilities, council chambers, planning & zoning, finance,
data processing (M.I.S. & G.I.S), additional administrative areas,
manager, city council, and legal departments. |
