This retail center has been planned
to include retail space, offices, residential apartments, a hotel convention center,
health center, and a movie theatre.
It is estimated the
project design will consist of approximately 301,000 square feet of commercial space with
a total of 931 parking spaces. In addition, 41 residential apartment units are planned for
future development. STH has provided
preliminary concepts as well as architectural design for this retail center.
