Pineapple Plaza is designed for a
17.5 acre site on Grand Cayman's seven mile beach. Tourists and island residents alike
will enjoy the amenities of Pineapple Plaza and the homes of Pineapple Place.
The complex was to be
anchored by a major grocer and was designed to include a stand-alone restaurant, several small
eateries, retail shops, and an office complex. A central themed tower is sited at the
water's edge as an icon for the center. The north half of
the site, divided from the south by a five acre lake, will be Pineapple Place, seventy
stacked residential units that are planned from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. STH together with
renowned planners EDSA of Ft. Lauderdale, have designed a 50,000 square foot retail and
office complex located on the south half of the site. |
