STH provided architectural design services for this new 70,000 square foot, three story City Hall building for the City of Port St. Lucie. STH has provided master planning for the overall complex which includes the existing adjacent Police Department Building.
The facility was designed with the one-stop shopping concept that allows visitors easy access to all departments. The first floor houses the city clerk, utilities, council chambers, planning & zoning; the second floor houses finance, data processing (M.I.S. & G.I.S) and additional administrative areas; and the third floor houses the city manager, city council, and all legal departments.
