STH provided full
architectural services for this 22- story tower located in downtown West Palm Beach,
Florida. The Centre consists of the tower as well as a 4-story pavilion building, a 12,000
square foot rooftop restaurant and dance club, office suites, and an indoor/outdoor cafe.
Both buildings feature atrium lobbies, roof gardens, covered parking / 800 car parking
garages, and air-conditioned skywalks.
Northbridge Centre presents a sleek corporate look conducive to business
activities. The tower is narrower at its base, designed to increase the open space at the
plaza level and enhance pedestrian appeal. The effect is complimentary and the overall
impact on the area is exciting. |
