STH provided full
architectural services for this 18-story office tower located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The building was named for its anchor tenant, NCNB National Bank of Florida.
The tower consists of 180,000 square feet of lease able space. In
addition to the bank, a restaurant, an exclusive Nautilus fitness
facility, and a private boardroom are included. An adjacent parking
structure will incorporate the drive-up facility for the bank. A dramatic 3-story entrance lobby,
sky lit by a triangular glass roof,
will provide access to the bank and the first floor. An air-conditioned skywalk connects
the parking garage to the atrium. The building's height and simplicity combined with the sculpture and
extraordinary landscaping make this a distinct building with an unmatched range of
amenities creating a unique environment for business in West Palm Beach. |
