STH is providing full architectural design
for this new waterfront commercial development to be located at the
new Jupiter Yacht Club in Jupiter, Florida. Organized around a central
courtyard, fine Mediterranean themed retail shops and restaurants will
be incorporated into this multi story design that encompasses the
Marina. Retail and office spaces will occupy the lower levels of this
complex while two and three bedroom residential units will occupy the
upper levels. Detailed landscaping and water features complete the
