STH provided architectural design
for the Flagler Federal Office Tower located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
This 11-story,
110,000 square foot luxury office building is a dark curtain of blue glass which appears
to float above the parking base of the structure. The ground floor has a partial office
and banking facility, the remaining seven floors include shell office space as well as
three levels of parking. Flagler Federal
Tower has captured the attention of the community and has been the recipient of many
honors including AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE, sponsored by the National Association of Industrial
and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the PALM AWARDS, sponsored by the Home Builders and
Contractors Association (HBCA). |
