STH provided full architectural design and space planning services for Casi-Rusco, a Fortune 500 company specializing in security development that is located in the Arvida Park of Commerce in Boca Raton, Florida. The new offices occupy a former non descript warehouse that was completely redesigned inside and out, by STH, to house the new high tech research and office complex.
The overall building is approximately 135,000 square feet and is comprised of engineering laboratories, training space, conference areas, and other general office spaces. Special features include a 3,000 square foot entrance atrium that runs the entire width of the building. This central core provides an efficient main street circulation layout that leads to an expansive outdoor dining terrace to the rear of the building.
This building will serve as the Casi-Rusco World Headquarters Offices and is a prime example of how STH can redesign and reuse an existing structure to
accommodate the needs of a new tenant. |
