The Admiralty project
was conceived as two basic phases. Phase I included a 10-story office tower, a 160-room
hotel, a retail complex, and a 3-story parking garage that connects to the 5 -story tall
central atrium space via an enclosed skywalk. This project was conceived to service the
growing hospitality industry in Northern Palm Beach County. Plans for Phase II include an
additional 10-story office tower identical to the one in Phase I. The mixed-use complex provides corporate office lease space with
accessible conference facilities and hotel suites that can accommodate various full
service functions. The atrium component of the mixed-use complex
provides a wonderful three dimensional indoor/outdoor environment that
connects the hotel, office building, and meeting facilities.
Extraordinary water features are the focal point of this lushly
landscaped winter garden. Shops, restaurants, and ballrooms are all
accessible from the atrium. |
