Located in a beautiful
office park, this 47,000 square foot facility consists of three levels of offices over
parking and houses the executive staff of ADT. The building is designed to accommodate a
future expansion of 30,000 additional square feet. Project features include a 2-story
atrium lobby and a state-of-the-art security and communications system.
The goal was to
achieve a refined corporate image for the client.
Architecturally, the building has a strong, contemporary presence with its pre-cast panels
and mitered glass window walls. The lines are crisp; the white cement with exposed
aggregate finish is fresh and clean. The entire building was constructed within a six month time frame. |
